At Bethany Retirement Living, WE GROW NURSES!
One of our main focuses at Bethany is internal promotion. We find our strongest nurses are often employees who have been promoted through the ranks – starting as a CNA, working as a Med Aide, then becoming a Nurse. These promoted nurses have a special appreciation of all nursing positions! Additionally, some of the strongest employees come through referrals of current employees. Not only does Bethany focus on promotion, but we also provide scholarships, loan assistance, and training courses to help our employees grow in their careers through further education.
