Ethos Care Expands by adding Hospice in Fargo Moorhead Region

By June 19, 2018 September 19th, 2018 News

Ethos Care, formed by Bethany Retirement Living, Eventide Senior Living Communities and Knute Nelson of Alexandria, has now expanded and is offering hospice services in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Ethos Care provides home care and hospice services within a 30-mile radius of the Fargo-Moorhead area. A strategic priority for Ethos Care is continued growth to respond to community needs and to achieve their mission of enriching the quality of life for those we serve.

Ethos is committed to enhancing the educational opportunities for hospice patients and their families. Patients and loved ones are able to experience the full benefit of hospice when the referral is made at the appropriate time. There are many benefits to hospice including, but not limited to, pain and symptom management, spiritual support, psychosocial support, volunteers, bereavement services, patient education, family support and, most importantly, emotional support from the Ethos care team.

Ethos Care is a Medicare-certified hospice agency and is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). An accreditation in healthcare is a process of review that allows healthcare organizations to demonstrate their ability to meet regulatory requirements and standards established by a recognized accreditation organization. Accreditation reflects an agency’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that demonstrate a higher level of performance and patient care.
