Bethany Retirement Living will host its annual Salad Extravaganza! from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 17, in the Resident Center at Bethany on 42nd, 4255 30 Ave S, Fargo. The event is open to the public. An offering will be taken at the door. Proceeds from this event will benefit the residents of Bethany Retirement Living through the purchase of equipment and other materials to directly enrich the residents’ quality of life.
A wide variety of salads will be available and bread will be provided by Breadsmith. Salads will be prepared and provided by Bethany employees, resident family members, representatives of sponsor churches and volunteers.
