Living three hours away was a challenge for _____’s family. We are grateful for all your care and concern for our wife and mother when we couldn’t be here! Our sincere thanks.

To each of you who cared for _________ in any way…THANK YOU. Thank you for your sunny smiles, your kind words, your gentle hands, your boundless patience, and your hearts of grace and kindness. You were her family when we weren’t there (& even when we were), and the care you gave her went over and above what we ever expected. You are all God’s angels on the ground. On days you don’t feel appreciated, I hope you remember this card and feel a little bit better because your gift of yourself has been seen, appreciated, & will never be forgotten. I wish we knew you all by name. But when we pray for you, God will know who we mean to pour out our blessings on.

My thanks to you for all the care and support during my stay at Bethany. Special kudos to ____, ____, _____, and the consistent, faithful night CNA (sorry, I’m bad at names)! Also to _____ and _____ for being responsive when asked… and many other responsive and helpful staff too numerous to name. It was appreciated. _____, _____ and other therapists gave me wonderful help, as well.

I have never been any place that cares so much and a place that the people make you feel so safe and you know they truly care

Thank you all so much, not only for taking such good care of Grandma, but for taking care of everyone that lives there. Without you, some of those folks wouldn’t have anyone. Thank you for being so awesome. Grandma thought you were all so nice. Thank you, and we wish you and your families well.

Willow Lane Memory Unit will forever be in my heart and prayers. The care you gave to _______ was so compassionate and heartfelt. I will miss not seeing you all. You made me feel welcomed. I so admired all the care, the friendliness and the one on one attention you give to all the residents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To…all of the Bethany staff who cared for me during my recovery stay with you. Hope some of you even remember me ‘cause I will always remember you all for your patience with me, your sincere concern, and, above all, your kindness to me. I wish you all a very merry Christmas. p.s. Please share my card with the wonderful physical therapy staff and the kitchen staff who fed me so well.

We want to thank you for the sincerity and compassion you gave us when coming to Bethany. We also want to thank the nursing staff for the attentiveness and caring ways you handled dad with. You were so very good, kind, compassionate, and gentle with him in his last days and hours. You truly are servants and definitely in the right profession of caring for people.

Thank you – to Bethany & the hospice team also – for taking such good care of my mom. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful care mom received – & how caring, loving & attendant you were to her needs – & ours. She was always clean & comfortable & well taken care of, to the very end. Thank you for all you did for her and us. God bless you all!

My sister-in-law, ________, has been in your care for several weeks and, just yesterday we learned that she has qualified for support to remain in nursing care with you -- perhaps for the rest of her life. Last year I lost my brother to COVID after his nursing home, which had been so good at controlling entry and contact for many months let up a little and, unfortunately, allowed the virus to enter. We really do know how to protect ourselves and we must trust those who care for our loved ones to do what is needed. With gratitude and hope

Everyone was so friendly and helpful – they all seemed to love their jobs. This was the second longest that I have had to stay in a nursing home – each time after a surgery. I have been at a number of nursing homes but I can truly say that I enjoyed this one the most. Than you for the good care I received.

Dear Bethany & All Staff, Thank you so much for the care you gave my mom we met so many kind care givers during new stay! Your smiles were always there and so appreciated. I want to thank the aides who were always willing to walk with mom and I in the evening. I know you were busy but you always made time & I’m sure that helped her get stronger so quickly. She told me everyone “was so nice to her” so I am passing that on to you. The work each of you as - nurses, therapists, social workers, aides and others & I may have missed is vital but the way you do it makes people feel cared for. Thank you.

What a difference a year makes ... I’m sharing a huge amount of appreciation to the entire Bethany team for keeping residents and staff safe throughout the pandemic. As the child of a resident, there were many moments where I felt fear, distress and uncertainty about the future - but the steady email updates, the opportunities to see my mom through FaceTime and the informal check-in calls I received from staff were huge in giving me confidence and comfort that she was OK.
