Mary Johnson, a CPA, is President of Union State Bank, Fargo. Mary currently serves on the Vocation Training Center Board of Directors and the Growth Initiative Fund Board of Directors. She has served on numerous community non-profit, professional and civic boards. In her past employment with Banner Health System, she worked with healthcare facilities in several states. Mary and her husband, Ted, have three children and are members of Hickson Lutheran Church. Her second Board term expires in the spring of 2012.

Lloyd Smith, Fargo - Secretary
Lloyd Smith is a retired healthcare executive. His previous positions include President/CEO of Benefis Healthcare, Great Falls, MT, President/CEO of St. Lukes Hospital, Executive Vice President of MeritCare Health Systems, President/CEO of MeritCare Hospital, and President/CEO of St. Ansgar Hospital, Moorhead, MN. He is a Member of the FargoDome Finance Committee and a Member of the Lutheran Social Services Food Bank/Daily Bread Advisory Committee. Lloyd and his wife, Cheryl, have two grown children and are members of Trinity Lutheran Church. His first Board term expires in the spring of 2012.

Martha Leclerc, Fargo - Treasurer
Martha Leclerc is Vice President of Payor Contracting with Sanford Health MeritCare. She serves on the Women's Fund Advisory Council as Past President and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the Health Lawyers Association. Martha and her husband, Leo Wilking, have three children and are members of Gethsemane Episcopal Cathedral. Her second Board term expires in the spring of 2013.

Shannon Charpentier, Fargo
Shannon Charpentier is President of Shannon Charpentier, Inc. She has spent her career in the advertising and marketing field with such firms as Knight Printing, GL Ness Advertising, Shannon Graphic Design, Charpentier Hovland Advertising and Sundog. Shannon is a Silver Medal award winner with Fargo-Moorhead Advertising Federation and has volunteered with a variety of organizations, including Odyssey of the Mind (Destination Imagination). She has also donated Personal Chef services to a variety of charities, including the MeritCare Foundation, American Cancer Society, Rape and Abuse Crisis Center, Ronald McDonald House and the American Diabetes Association. Shannon has one adult son and is a member of Hope Lutheran Church - North. Shannon's first Board term expires in the spring of 2011.

Neal Eriksmoen, Fargo
Neal is President and real estate appraiser with Appraisal Services, Inc. He is a member of the Fargo-Moorhead Board of Realtors and Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Neal and his wife, Karen, have four grown children and are members of Hope Lutheran Church. His second Board term expires in the spring of 2012.

David Glatt, West Fargo
David is a physician with the Department of Family Medicine of MeritCare Clinic Southpointe. He is a member of the Board of Directors of MeritCare Health System and is the Medical Director at Bethany. David and his wife, Janice, have three children and are members of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church

Harriette McCaul, Fargo
Harriette McCaul is a retired Human Resource professional. Harriet is a member of the Creative Care for Reaching Independence Board, Chair of the Donor Relations Committee of the Women’s Fund for the FM Area Foundation, and Southeast District Judicial Inquiry Committee member. Harriette and her husband, Kevin, have two children and are members of First Presbyterian Church in Fargo. Her first Board term expires in the spring of 2013.

Janice Nelson, Fargo
Janice Nelson is retired as Executive Partner for Laboratory and Pathology at MeritCare Health Systems. She is a former member of the United Way Fund Distribution Committee, Past President of the North Dakota Society for Clinical Laboratory Science and Past Secretary and Chair of the State Licensing Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice. Janice and her husband, Dennis, have three children and six grandchildren and are members of Hope Lutheran Church. Her second Board term expires in the spring of 2013.

Robin Pratt, Northwood
Robin Pratt is a self-employed farmer. He currently serves on the Northwood Township Board. Robin and his wife, Dixie, have three children and are members of Living Faith Free Lutheran Church in Larimore. His first Board term expires in the spring of 2012.

Paul Wilson, Fargo
Paul Wilson is CEO of DMS Health Technologies and Vice President of the Health Services Platform for Otter Tail Corporation. He is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives and their Regent for North Dakota. Paul and his wife, Pamela, have three children and are members of Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church. His second Board term expires in the spring of 2013.
